Remarks on the inscription: Side a: A spider and a whirl, respectively corresponding to sign 85 in A. Evans' Cretan Hierolgyphic sign-list (Scripta Minoa, 1909) and CHIC sign 033. Side b: A leg and a possible vessel. CHIC sign 010 is also shaped like a leg. Side d: Two feet with no correspondance in either Evans or CHIC sign-lists
